Valentin D. and Constance Brandt, the it-couple in architecture and design, are gearing up for the opening of their retrospective at Paris' prestigious Palais de Tokyo. What no one knows is that in order to make his way in the exclusive world of luxury design, Valentin had to lie about his modest, northern origins.
